Come to The White Horse for something beyond your ‘traditional pub classics’ whilst keeping the origins of these dishes close to our hearts. Using locally and regionally sourced products wherever possible, Hendrik preparies these ingredients with care and presenting them with flare.

Our New Deli Bar will be open all day every day, serving a light &  fresh  alternative to our A la Carte Menu.

Our butcher Rob at Brackley Butchers sources our Beef, Lamb, Venison & Pork from within ten miles of our pub!

Our food style is all about taking great produce and treating it simply focusing on flavour.

We like to showcase head to tail cookery using as much of the animal as possible. In our Cotswold Chicken Breast & Leg the gravy is made from the trimmings. In our crispy pigs head we use all the tasty parts after a process that takes two days. Our Lamb ‘Pie’ uses both the best end the loin as well as the braising shoulder.

If you’re in a hurry but need filling up at lunch time, we have a fixed price menu where you can enjoy 2 courses for £12.00. Or pre-order with us in the morning so your food is ready for you when you arrive.
